when can you say the case is premature, in fact all evidences are already presented in court from the time case started,within 5 years, yet you will say resting of case is premature?!! and take note dont use the word of of conviction, you must use decision or resolution of the case

Dear Ron. This was reported in 2010. The initial list of journalists who joined the convoy was 37 thus the report. But it has been clarified after investigation that 32 were killed.

What happened to the defense' objection to lack of jurisdiction? Between the Ampatuans and the Mangugudatus, sharia law should prevail. Between the Ampatuans and the non-Muslims, that is up for grabs.
